Representation and equality in the film and media industry don’t come by themselves.

Representation and equality in the film and media industry don’t come by themselves.

WIFT NEEDS YOUR HELP

We need your and your colleagues’ help to:

  • identify what we need to do to correct the biases,
  • exert pressure on all the places where we have influence,
  • get the necessary measures implemented.

WIFT’s vision is a film and media image where the representation in content, participants and production reflects our society.

Because we find it frustrating that in 2024 we still do not have an industry that is accessible, inclusive, equally paid and safe for everyone.

A BIT ABOUT WIFT

Our vision is a film and media image where the representation both in front of and behind the camera reflects our society, and an industry that is accessible, inclusive, equally paid and safe for everyone.
